​​The District is committed to ensuring that the public can easily submit records requests. We are excited to announce the launch of our updated Public Records Tracker System. As part of this update, all previously registered users should re-register to save requests going forward.

For frequent requestors, we recommend creating an account to streamline your requests and track progress efficiently. Alternatively, we now offer a "Continue as Guest" option for those who prefer to remain anonymous or are submitting a one-time request.

We encourage all requestors to review the FAQs for detailed instructions on submitting requests and information about the typical response time for records.

Air District is tasked with regulating stationary sources of air pollution in the nine counties that surround San Francisco Bay: Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, southwestern Solano, and southern Sonoma counties.
